Buyer Policies
1. Account Activation
- All buyers must complete the $50 BTC entrance bond before accessing products.
- The bond is fully refundable after 72 hours if no purchases are made.
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.
2. Purchase & Escrow
- All purchases are protected by escrow. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed or dispute is resolved.
- Buyers have 24 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute after vendor marks order as delivered.
- Failure to respond within 24 hours results in automatic escrow release to the vendor.
- Chargebacks or refund requests after escrow release are not honored.
3. Conduct
- Buyers must communicate respectfully with vendors and support staff.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language in tickets or escrow chat results in account suspension.
- Attempting to circumvent the platform to deal off-site is a permanent ban offense.
4. Product Use
- Buyers assume full legal and operational responsibility for how purchased products are used.
- Genesis Market does not provide technical support for product usage post-purchase.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes must include evidence (screenshots, logs, transaction IDs).
- Admin decisions are final and binding.
- Repeated frivolous disputes result in account restriction.
Vendor Policies
1. Vendor Bond & Verification
- A $200 non-refundable vendor bond is required for application.
- Vendors must provide a valid contact method (Telegram or Jabber).
- Admin reserves the right to reject any vendor application without explanation.
- Vendor ratings are set and adjusted by admin based on performance metrics.
2. Product Listings
- All products must have accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock levels.
- Intentionally misleading listings result in immediate delisting and bond forfeiture.
- Vendors must deliver digital products within 2 hours of order confirmation.
- Out-of-stock items must be marked inactive within 1 hour of depletion.
3. Delivery & Support
- Vendors must respond to buyer messages within 4 hours during operational hours.
- Auto-delivery content must be accurate and complete.
- Failure to deliver or provide working products results in order cancellation and rating penalty.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Scamming, bait-and-switch, or delivering non-working/incomplete products is a permanent ban.
- Contacting buyers off-platform to avoid escrow fees results in immediate termination.
- Creating multiple vendor accounts is forbidden.
5. Commission & Payouts
- Genesis Market charges a 5% commission on all completed sales.
- Vendor balances are available for withdrawal after 24 hours.
- Minimum vendor withdrawal is $100.
6. Rating & Reputation
- Vendor ratings are controlled by admin and reflect verified transaction history.
- Review manipulation (fake purchases, self-reviews) results in bond forfeiture and ban.
- Verified status is granted at admin discretion and can be revoked at any time.
